What Is SoundTools?
SoundTools is a free collection of 35+ audio tools that run entirely in your web browser. No software to install, no accounts to create, no files uploaded to remote servers. You open a tool, load your audio, and everything happens right on your device.
The tools range from simple utilities like volume boosting and audio trimming to advanced AI-powered capabilities like vocal removal, stem splitting, noise removal, voice cloning, and real-time auto-tune. We also build creative tools — a beat maker with classic drum machines, a granular synthesizer, a music visualizer with 3D particle effects, and a soundboard maker.
Everything is built with vanilla HTML and JavaScript. No frameworks, no bloat, no unnecessary complexity. The result is a fast, lightweight experience that works on any device with a modern browser — desktop, tablet, or phone.

Privacy by Architecture
This isn't a marketing claim — it's how the technology works. When you process audio on SoundTools, your files never leave your device. There is no upload. The processing happens locally in your browser using the Web Audio API and, for AI-powered tools, machine learning models that run client-side via WebAssembly and ONNX Runtime. Your audio stays on your machine from start to finish.
We don't have user accounts, so there's nothing to log into and no personal data to store. We don't track what files you process. We use analytics to understand which tools are popular and how people find us — that's it.

We will never gate your processed files behind an ad, show pop-ups or overlays, or interrupt your workflow with interstitials. The tool itself is always clean and unobstructed.
